Rod Aquilar responds to my fax requesting him to fix my incorrect directory listing in Pacific Bell 411 (AT&T had supplied the wrong information). It is important, I think, to note that he was able to fix this error in two days — no the five weeks it took him before, nor the seven days I am told would be normal (and this is not even my business phone, which it was the other time).

I had also asked him about the CCC Yellow pages, because they are currently listing my home address (!) instead of my P.O. Box. CCC Yellow pages told me they get their listing from Pacific Bell, and Pacific Bell gets the listings from AT&T, as I was reminded on 9-3-99 amd 9-13-99. So why wouldn't I ask AT&T, my local service provider, as I was told by Pacific Bell to do?
