AT&T January 27, 2009
Here is a heading This is an example of AT&T refusing to acknowledge, in writing as to whether or not it has records of recurring service problems on my phone lines, and it also refuses to credit my account for the recurring problems. Note that the letter does not provide a mailing address. This establishes a pattern of behavior. In the past, when I didn't have documentation of recurring service problems, AT&T would demand that I communicate in writing. Now that I have AT&T internal documentation of recurring service problems, AT&T demands I communicate by phone.
