I have lots of these examples - Here is another one from the phone company. The line was so awful it did not go through the first time and had to be resent several minutes later. (See 12-2-98 letter for another example.)

I hope the ridiculousness of this situation is apparent... the phone company itself has trouble getting faxes through to me due to the noise and static on a line they insist is okay.

As for the letter content, it is yet another message from the nameless members of the Executive Complaint Team. Mr Aguilar, is that you?
