Here is a history of my dealings with AT&T regarding my 411 business listing and overcharging problems, which I had written for and faxed to AT&T Local Service Branch Manager Steve Van Collie. Mr. Van Collie signed it, as an authorized representative of AT&T, to acknowledge receipt of my fax. I was never allowed to talk with Mr. Van Collie again after this. AT&T management still claim they cannot tell who is responsible for these problems or when the trouble started. (See also letters mentioned below—J.B. Miller: 9-5-97; M. Bunse: 4-7-98)
