Problems with my phone listing have been chronic for years now. When one listing is corrected, another goes haywire. Frankly, I cannot understand how this could happen or what keeps changing the database. AT&T won't accept responsibility for it, or tell me who is doing it, but they don't seem to be able to keep my listings straight. I pay for extra listings to cover every aspect of my business and make it easy for customers to find me. But instead, customers who can't find my number often think I have gone out of business, and when that happens they go to my competitors. I sometimes find out about it later.
