Still believing that AT&T would care to resolve my telephone service problems, I wrote this letter to J.B Miller detailing my phone problem history to date.
As well, I noted that the phone line for my modem was providing poor service, and requested the lines be tested by someone other than Pac Bell. The modem phone line failed completely about three weeks after I wrote this letter (see 9-17-97).
I also noted that my phone bill contained overcharges of more than $200.
