This operator was able to forward my line within minutes to keep me from missing calls on my business line! The operator says it is just a matter of making a phone call to another office, who just takes care of it. Now, tell me again, WHY did it take six hours to do this last time?
Another important point: Operators have access to repair and trouble records too, and no reason to lie to me. When I asked when my phone line will be fixed and what it the matter with it, the operator told me it was due to a cable failure. (See panel 2 of transcript.)
